Total Body Resistance Training (TRX®)
TRX® is a method of functional training with an edge over conventional training due to a unique combination of body weight and gravity. TRX Suspension Training incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and core stability all at once. All fitness levels welcome.

Golf Power is a strength training program to improve your golf swing. This class will help increase core strength and rotational power, as well as improving flexibility and mobility. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the perfect tool to build rotational strength to improve your swing, and increasing your range of motion. Even if golf is not your game, this class is great for everyone!

Functional Movement Screen(FMS)
The FMS is a grading systen that records movement patterens that are essential to normal function. The FMS can identify limitations in functional movement and locate asymmetries in the body that can reduce the effects of exercise.

Teen and Adult Taekwondo
This is a traditional Taekwondo class that offers students the opportunity to learn a variety of skills while giving them the opportunity to tailor their class experience to their level of fitness. Our instructors utilize a number of different tools, including physical
skill development and scientific technique dissection to engage students personally to help them develop to their full potential.

BODYPUMP™ is the original LES MILLS™ barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body.
Circuit is an interval class that will target all of the major muscle groups and include bursts of cardio.
Chair Pilates is a chair based Pilates class that helps with balance, core strength and flexibility.
CXWORX™ focuses on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body (your core muscles).
H.I.T (High Intensity Training) is designed for men and women looking to challenge their fitness stamina. Certified-Trainer-led workouts use steps, weights, bands, kettlebells, and individuals’ own body weight to increase fat burning in the least amount of time.
Group Cycle is an aerobic/anaerobic workout on a stationary bike designed for all fitness levels.
Pilates works on the body’s core, the center of our “powerhouse” (hips to shoulders). A strong core relates to a healthy low back, better posture and more functional movement patterns.
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) includes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
S.N.A.P.Y. (Special Needs Adaptive Programs at the Y) Zumba® is a cardio workout that uses exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats for special needs and adaptive participants.
Step is a cardio workout that uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step.
Step and Strength is a cardio step workout and strength training.
Tai Chi is a movement class that helps with balance and posture while benefiting health and promoting stress management.
